I had the opportunity to attend the Scholastic Book Fair hosted at my college. For those that are unfamiliar with the Scholastic Book Fair, it is an event that hosts many of the latest titles of book for children, teens, and parents and teachers. The proceeds go to C. A. R. E. which supports undergraduate and graduates students as they pursue their clinical work and field experience.
The fair is being held February 4-11 all day. Scholastic is also hosting an online book fair here if you want to purchase some books but are unable to do so in person. I love going to the Scholastic Book Fairs each year and joining in the movement of promoting reading education.
